-
Yes, I'm based in Ibiza and happily travel pretty much anywhere in the world for the right project. Whether you're planning a shoot on a remote island, a European city, or across multiple destinations, get in touch and let's talk.
-
The easiest way is to send me an email at cairo.sayana@gmail.com, or fill out the contact form found on each page of my website. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your project, timeline, and vision.
-
I recommend reaching out at least three weeks before your intended shoot date, ideally a full month in advance. This gives us plenty of time to plan, align on creative direction, and make sure everything comes together beautifully. That said, if you have a more pressing timeline, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate.
-
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking date and no date is held until this is received. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or card.
-
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If a shoot is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made with fewer than 10 days' notice may incur an additional charge. One complimentary rescheduling is permitted per booking, subject to availability, and must be requested in advance.
-
Yes, a contract is always sent once we are clear on the deliverables and scope of the project, and it is signed before any work begins. This ensures everything is transparent and agreed upon from the start.
-
Honestly, the light in Ibiza is so beautiful throughout the year that there really is no bad time to shoot. Spring is particularly special as the island is lush and green with wildflowers everywhere. The one period I tend to advise against is late July and August, when the midday sun is extremely harsh and the window for great light narrows to sunrise and sunset only. For the most flexibility and the most stunning results, spring and autumn are hard to beat
-
Ibiza has so many stunning backdrops and the right location really depends on your vision and what the images are for. Once we've had a conversation about your goals and aesthetic, I'll suggest the spots that will work best for you.
-
There are several packages to choose from depending on the scope and purpose of your shoot. For projects with specific or more complex requirements, I'm also happy to put together a bespoke quote. Get in touch and we can find the right fit for your needs.
-
Yes, photographing villas, luxury properties, and holiday rentals is very much part of what I do, both here in Ibiza and worldwide. Great photography is one of the most powerful tools for any property and I'd love to help yours stand out. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
-
Yes, this is something I do regularly. I approach the space with an editorial eye, creating imagery that works beautifully for magazine submissions while also being fully usable for commercial purposes such as websites, listings, and marketing materials. It's a very efficient and cost-effective way to maximise the value of a single shoot.
-
Yes, and I love the different creative challenges each brings. With interior designers, the focus is on detail, highlighting shape, texture, and the thoughtfulness of a space. With architects, I give equal attention to both wide structural shots and the finer details of the build. For real estate agents, the approach is clean and inviting, leading with strong wide shots while weaving in beautiful details.
-
Preparation really depends on the purpose of the shoot. For editorial work destined for magazines, the home should be clean and tidy while keeping personal touches that add character and story, as additional styling is always done on the day to bring everything together. For property sales or rentals, the space should be clean, clutter-free, and presented as it would be when rented or sold, with personal belongings put away.
-
It depends on the size of the property and what needs to be captured. A shoot can range from four hours for a smaller space to several days for a larger project. We'll always discuss timing in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
-
Yes, and this is one of my favourite types of project. I can cover a hotel or hospitality venue in its entirety, from the rooms and communal spaces to the food, the people, and the surrounding environment. The result is a complete and cohesive visual library that works for both commercial use and editorial submissions.
-
Yes, absolutely. Whether you're launching a new restaurant, refreshing your brand, or building out a full season's worth of content, I can create a comprehensive image library tailored to your needs. Get in touch and let's discuss the scope of your project.
-
I typically handle food styling myself, which keeps things streamlined and consistent. That said, I'm always open to collaborating with an additional stylist if the project calls for it.
-
I cover a wide range of portrait and lifestyle work, from business portraits and personal shoots to family sessions, couples, and maternity photography. On the lifestyle side, I can photograph everything from a hotel's interiors and food to the people within it, creating a complete and cohesive visual story. The one exception is weddings and events, which aren't something I currently offer.
-
Yes, I work with fashion brands and on campaign shoots of all scales. I can also take on the creative direction and production of a shoot at an additional cost, or work alongside your existing creative director and producer. Either way, the goal is always the same: imagery that feels considered, beautiful, and true to your brand.
-
Yes, full campaign production is something I offer, both here in Ibiza and anywhere in the world. From the initial creative concept through to the final edited images, I can manage the entire process or collaborate with your existing team depending on what works best for you.
-
Wear whatever makes you feel most like yourself, as comfort and confidence always photograph beautifully. The one tip I always give is to avoid clothing with large logos or busy text, as this can draw attention away from you. You are the star of the shoot.
-
Yes, I'm always ready to jump on a plane and explore. Travel photography is one of my greatest passions and I'm available for assignments anywhere in the world.
-
I work with hotels and travel brands and would love to work with tourism boards too. If you're one, do get in touch! I'm always open to exciting new collaborations in the travel space.
-
We'd start with a call to discuss the scope, locations, and your specific needs. From there, I'll put together a tailored quote. I'm able to handle the full production of a shoot myself and I'm equally happy to work alongside a producer if you have one in place.
-
My work is clean and considered, with a strong focus on shape, texture, and light. I create timeless images that make the viewer feel something rather than simply sell something. My approach is romantic and editorial, with a love for lived-in scenes and images where you can almost taste, see, and feel the moment. Whether I'm photographing a sun-drenched interior, a beautifully plated dish, or a person in their element, the intention is always to create something lasting.
-
I shoot on both film and digital depending on the project and the desired aesthetic. For analogue work, I offer 35mm film, 6x6 square medium format, and 4x5 medium format. A combination of formats is also possible for those who love the variety. If you have a preference or are curious about what might suit your project best, just ask.
-
Yes, creative direction is something I bring to all of my shoots as standard. I also collaborate with other creative directors when a project calls for a larger team, so there's always flexibility depending on your needs.
-
I have a small and trusted team that I collaborate with regularly, and I'm equally happy to work solo when a project calls for it. I genuinely love the energy that comes from creative collaboration and I'm always open to bringing the right people on board to make a project the best it can be.
-
Yes, there are plenty of examples across my website and Instagram. If you'd like to see work more specific to your type of project, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll put together a personalised portfolio for you.
-
Yes, every single image is fully and professionally edited before it reaches you. What you receive is a complete, polished body of work that is ready to use.
-
Delivery times are agreed upon before the shoot and vary depending on the scope of the project. Images are delivered via a secure online gallery or download link, which remains active for 30 days, so be sure to save your files within that period. Rush or same-day delivery is available at an additional cost.
-
RAW files are not something I provide under any circumstances. They are unedited, unfinished files that don't represent my work or the quality I deliver. What you receive are fully edited, professional images that reflect the standard and intention behind every shoot.
-
Yes, licensing is available and is agreed upon before the shoot begins. Usage falls into three categories: Editorial (non-paid, non-placement), Advertising (paid use), and Commercial (production materials such as brochures, annual reports, and websites). Each comes with its own licensing fee and unauthorised use of images is not permitted.
-
Usage rights depend entirely on what is agreed before the shoot. Social media, print, advertising, and commercial use are all possible and simply need to be included in the licensing agreement upfront. Any use beyond what was originally agreed may require an additional fee.
-
Yes, I have a dedicated fine art print collection featuring travel and landscape photography available on my website. Each print is a beautiful piece to live with.
-

Absolutely. Long-term content partnerships are something I genuinely enjoy. There's something special about building a visual language with a brand over time and I'm always open to a conversation about what that could look like for you.
